I am on diet now. I am using Intermittent Fasting methode. For excercise, I am using Scientific 7 Minutes Workout. I want to be healthier, not to be sexy. Anyway, I will not upload myself with tight dress to show my figure. But if I can have better body, I think that's a bonus for me.
